High Point South 1C has a washer and dryer in the unit, in addition to on-site laundry facilities. The unit has three TV's with DVD/VCR, basic cable, and high speed wireless internet access. There is a twenty-six foot ocean front balcony. The unit also has two queen beds, two single beds, one queen sleeper sofa, which sleeps 8. There are also elevators in the building with luggage carts and you can also walk a flight of stairs to the unit for convenience or one flight of stairs down to the pool or ocean. There are video games, and vending machines near the pool on the Mezzanine level.

You can walk to the Mall across the street which has movie theaters, restaurants, bars, a liquor store, a twenty-four hour-Denny's, as well as twenty-four hour supermarket during peak season. There are also on-site security attendants during peak season which include space for two vehicles for the tenants of the unit.
